Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions:
The item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@avellostore.com. We will provide the return shipping address via email.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return postage label along with instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Additionally, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item first and, once approved, place a new order for the desired product.

European Union: 14-Day Cooling-off Period
If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, with no justification required. As stated above, the item must be unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status.

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.
