• Item must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase required.
• Returns initiated via support@avellostore.com. Items returned without prior request not accepted.
• Return address will be send by email. Return shipping label and instructions will be sent upon acceptance.

Damages and Issues

• Report defective, damaged, or incorrect items immediately for resolution.

Exceptions

• No returns on perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards excluded.

Exchanges

• Return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

• For EU shipments, orders can be canceled within 14 days without justification.

Refunds

• Notification upon receipt and inspection of return. Refunds processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
